In Pixel Adventures: Game Builders, students become game designers as they generate and share ideas through Bloxels, an app that lets them build and play their own video games using interactive blocks with special functions.
Throughout the program, students will:
Explore games to understand what makes them fun.
Plan, create and test their own games.
Refine and edit their games based on testing and feedback.
Reflect on how they want others to feel when playing their games.
By the end, students will have designed games that showcase their creativity, problem-solving, and understanding of what makes games fun.
