A Viral Enigma

Students work in teams and apply their acquired knowledge on viruses, mutations and transmissions as they rotate through 3 workshops when presented with a Global Pandemic! Skills and knowledge acquired throughout the workshops include; genetic concepts, proficient use of simulations, problem solving, creative and algorithmic thinking, and mathematics without numbers, words, or calculations during the immersive game, The Virus.

This program has been developed as part of the Victorian Challenge and Enrichment Series. It is free for Victorian government schools, funded by the Department of Education.
