Quantum Victoria's 3D Modelling & Design Fusion 360 Outreach is available and FREE to Rural DET Secondary Schools.
This outreach incorporates blended learning with two 60 minute Synchronous (real time) lessons delivered via the WebEx Training Platform and the Asynchronous (location independent learning) module delivered via the Quantum Victoria Online Portal.
The two Synchronous lessons (delivered sequentially) provide students with a basic understanding of Fusion 360 allowing the students to apply the newly acquired skills to a range of challenges designed to extend their learning. These sessions are then complemented by the Asynchronous Quantum Victoria Online Portal Module that supports and extends student learning as each student completes the provided design brief.
The design that students create will then be 3D printed by Quantum Victoria and mailed to the school.
We acknowledge that Secondary Schools operate within a timetable and can offer a range of times to accommodate this.
Synchronous (Real Time) Lessons - 2 x 60 minute blocks.
Lesson 1 and 2 (WebEx) - Students learn the basics of Fusion 360 and apply those skills to a range of challenges designed to extend their learning.
