Students utilise the QV Design Thinking Framework to create a solution to real-world problems. They use TinkerCAD as an introductory CAD design tool.

Students create a 3D printed prototype of their own design and investigate alternative 3D manufacturing techniques during the design process. The program builds the following student skill set:

  • Self-paced learning
  • Problem solving ability
  • Resilience through productive failure
  • Creative and Critical thinking

This Program has an additional outreach module which extends the teaching and learning, once you return back to your school. The outreach module consists of a student workbook and teacher resource book with solutions.
