Quantum Victoria's 3D Modelling & Design Fusion 360 Synchronous Outreach is FREE to all DET Rural Secondary Schools.
This outreach incorporates blended learning with two Synchronous (real time) lessons delivered by the QV Team via a Virtual Platform and the accompanying Asynchronous (location independent learning) component delivered via the Quantum Victoria Online Portal.
The two Synchronous sessions (delivered sequentially) provide students with a basic understanding of Fusion 360 allowing the students to apply the newly acquired skills to a range of challenges designed to extend their learning. These sessions are then complemented by the Asynchronous Quantum Victoria Online Portal Module that supports and extends student learning as each student completes the provided design brief.
We acknowledge that Secondary Schools operate within a timetable and can offer a range of times to accommodate this.
Synchronous (Real Time) Component - The lessons is delivered in 60 minute blocks or longer blocks if required.
Lesson 1 and 2 (WebEx) - Students learn the basics of Fusion 360 and apply those skills to a range of challenges designed to extend their learning.
